1. Service

RANDMUSIC ("the Service") is a free web service that helps you pick karaoke songs, build playlists, play music games and organise karaoke parties. Most features work without an account; an account stores your playlists, history and scores.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. One person may hold one account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, automated scraping, or attacks on the Service.

3. Content

Song titles, artwork and previews belong to their respective rights holders and are provided through YouTube, Deezer, iTunes and manana.kr under their terms. Playback happens in the official YouTube player. Playlists, notes and comments you post must not be unlawful, hateful or infringing; you grant us a licence to display them within the Service when you make them public.

4. Ads

The Service shows ads through Google AdSense. Ads are labelled and separated from content.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Karaoke numbers, previews and recommendations may be incomplete or wrong. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes and termination

We may change or end features at any time; material changes to these terms are announced on this page at least 7 days in advance. You can delete your account by contacting [email protected].

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
